• Focus on immigration. YA wants to investigate immigration in the United States and the causes and effects immigration has on the country as a whole. We hope to share our findings with people in the community.
  
  
• Get involved in the local and national scene. YA wants to keep up with what is happening in local and national activism and participate in events that we support. The group may do more work with Veterans for Peace and PICA - possibly having members of these groups speak at our meetings each month.
